We utilize several different therapy modalities within our practice depending on presenting issues and what a client needs.

Often, we utilize a type of therapy known as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This type of therapy is a systematic, goal-oriented approach to problems; typically shorter in duration than other therapies.

CBT is based on the theory that thoughts, feelings and behaviors interact and utilizing specific techniques can create change. Those techniques vary depending on the presenting problem.

  • Solution Focused

  • Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)

  • Thought Field Therapy

We believe in incorporating creativity into sessions which can include art, music, and play, as is age appropriate.  

We intentionally set affordable rates to provide care to our community. Some insurance billing options available - discuss with your therapist.

We operate from a place of knowing everyone is doing the best they can - sometimes you just need an extra layer of support!
